What information will we need?

The first place to start is your block of land or the one you have your eye on! We love details, so any of the following information you can provide below about your land is extremely helpful;

  • The lot and DP number
  • Any information about the land that will influence the design, such as flood risk, bushfire risk, soil classification, sewer easements, water easements, electrical easements.

Next we will need some information about the type of home you are looking to build. We have an easy to fill out form below that will help us compile information on the type of home you wish to build.
